We are now looking for a UI/UX Designer who doesn’t just “make things look good” but designs experiences that drive conversions, reduce friction, and build trust at scale.

Your Mission

As a UI/UX Designer at WebyCare, you will own the complete user experience across our website, client area, dashboards, landing pages, and marketing funnels.

Your goal is not decoration.

You will work closely with marketing, product, and development teams to transform complex hosting and technical products into simple, intuitive, and high-converting user journeys.

What You Will Do

• Design modern, clean, and conversion-focused website pages, landing pages, and product pages
• Improve the user experience of the client area, dashboards, and internal tools
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
• Optimize checkout flow, pricing pages, and onboarding journeys to increase conversions
• Ensure consistent branding and design system across all platforms
• Work closely with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
• Analyze user behavior and feedback to continuously improve UX
• Design for performance, speed, and usability, not just visuals
• Maintain and evolve Webycare’s design language and UI components
• Collaborate with marketing to design high-impact banners, creatives, and campaigns

What We Are Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design, web design, or product design
• Strong portfolio showing real-world websites, dashboards, or SaaS products
• Excellent understanding of UX principles, usability, and user psychology
• Strong skills in Figma / Adobe XD / Photoshop or similar tools
• Good understanding of responsive design and mobile-first design
• Ability to think in terms of business goals, not just visuals
• Experience designing e-commerce, SaaS, or hosting-related products is a big plus
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is an advantage (not mandatory)
• Strong attention to detail and high quality standards
