Role Overview

WebyCare is looking for a highly capable and production-ready Web Graphic Designer to take ownership of all visual design requirements across our website, marketing campaigns, product pages, and digital channels. This is not a decorative role. This is a business-critical role that directly impacts brand trust, conversion rates, and marketing performance.

You will be responsible for designing and maintaining the complete visual layer of WebyCare across the website, landing pages, advertising, social media, blog, campaigns, and internal marketing assets. Your work will be seen by every customer and every prospect.

This role requires someone who understands design for performance, design for clarity, and design for business outcomes — not just design for looks.

Scope of Responsibility

This role owns the entire visual execution layer of WebyCare:

• Website banners, sections, landing pages, and visual blocks
• Marketing creatives for ads, promotions, offers, and campaigns
• Social media creatives across all platforms
• Blog thumbnails, job post images, announcement banners
• Pricing visuals, feature sections, comparison tables
• Campaign pages, festival offers, product launches
• Brand consistency across every public-facing visual

Core Responsibilities

Web & Platform Design

• Design homepage sections, internal pages, and landing page graphics
• Create clean, modern, conversion-focused website visuals
• Redesign and continuously improve existing visuals to match evolving brand standards
• Ensure strong visual hierarchy, readability, spacing, and layout quality

Marketing & Growth Creatives

• Design advertising banners for Google, Meta, and other platforms
• Create promotional posters, offer creatives, and campaign assets
• Design social media creatives for posts, reels covers, ads, and announcements
• Create festival, seasonal, and product launch creatives

Content & Brand Assets

• Design blog thumbnails, featured images, infographics, and content visuals
• Design job post featured images and hiring creatives
• Create and maintain reusable design templates
• Maintain strict brand consistency across all assets

Production & Quality Control

• Optimize images for web performance without quality loss
• Create multiple size variants for different platforms and placements
• Maintain organized source files, asset libraries, and version control
• Ensure pixel-perfect execution and production-level quality

Collaboration & Execution

• Work closely with marketing, product, and web teams to execute campaigns
• Convert written briefs and rough ideas into polished visuals
• Support rapid marketing execution cycles without compromising quality
• Handle multiple parallel tasks in a fast-moving environment

Mandatory Skill Requirements

• Strong, hands-on expertise in Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent tools
• Deep understanding of web design principles, layout systems, typography, and color theory
• Proven experience designing websites, landing pages, banners, and marketing creatives
• Strong sense of visual hierarchy, spacing, alignment, and composition
• Ability to produce clean, modern, professional, business-grade designs
• Ability to design for conversion and clarity, not just aesthetics
• Strong attention to detail and consistency
• Ability to work fast while maintaining quality
• Ability to handle daily production workloads
